Trevor Bytheway, well known and respected solicitor and former partner at GPM Solicitor died on the morning of 5 April 2016 after a long and courageous battle with prostate cancer.
Trevor joined RMP (then known as John Silk & Co) in Oldbury in 1972 on qualification as a solicitor having been articled to the Clerk to The Justices in Warley. At RMP he had a long and successful career in Criminal, Licensing and Family work and his reputation for advocacy was unequalled in the area. He retired 5 years ago following which he remained as a consultant with RMP .
Away from the office and the Courts he was an enthusiastic and skilful golfer and a former Captain and current President of Halesowen Golf Club.
Trevor will be much missed by his many friends, colleagues and the legal community in Sandwell, Dudley and Birmingham.
